Last week I reached out, asking folks to describe how running fits into their lives during this time of uncertainty. How have you adapted to the pandemic? What role is running playing in your lives?
There are striking commonalities in the responses. For most, running has gotten back to basics. Folks are slowing down, shifting their priorities, and finding a bit of solace in the basics of movement. In a moment of chaos, running lets us hold onto a modicum of stability.
