Good morning!
I'm looking forward to the long holiday weekend with Independence Day this Thursday. Our usual crew of Thursday morning heroes will be a bit smaller: a group of regulars will travel across the Oakland Estuary to race the Alameda Mayor's 5K, while another contingent is making the long trip down to Morgan Hill for the FreedomFest 5K.
If you're not racing, join Katie Klymco and Caitlin Smith on Thursday morning for the usual 7-8 mile loop around Oakland and Berkeley!
