I didn't have time to curate much running news today. But you simply must read Justin Grunewald's Instagram posts about his wife, Gabe. Gabe is a professional middle-distance runner and national champion, who represented the US in the 2014 World Championships. She has also been diagnosed and treated for cancer twice, returning to competition after treatment and numerous surgeries.
