The 2019 World Cross Country Championship course will feature bonfires, a beer tent, mud pits, a portion that runs over the roof a museum, and a "Viking Zone." Sounds wild. (LetsRun)
A decision that will have big implications for women's sport has been delayed. Olympic 800-meter runner Caster Semenya is appealing an IAAF proposal requiring female athletes with differences in sexual development take hormone suppressants in order to compete. (Guardian)
