Welcome to another edition of Breakfast Club. A stress fracture has kept me from running over the past weeks, but thankfully medicine-ball slams stoke some mojo. I'm healing and hope to be back on the street soon. As always, here is the week's running(ish) content to fire you up. Onwards!

Front of the Pack:
Despite chilly temperatures, the Houston Half Marathon women's race saw blazing times with Brigid Kosgei's 65:50 victory. American Emily Sisson was just a few seconds shy of the national record, making her a contender for an Olympic berth in the marathon. Sisson will be racing her debut marathon at London. (LetsRun)
On the men's side, 2018 Western States champion Jim Walmsley displayed impressive range at Houston, punching his ticket to the Olympic Trials by the narrowest of margins. (Outside)
